Since your order will be made to your measurements, we do not offer returns on orders. However, purchasing your custom made garment alots you unlimited and free repairs for life! Covered repairs are:
- Small holes or tears of the material
- Loose threads, beading, etc
- Minimal fit adjustments such as sleeve lengthening, zipper repair, etc.Since this dress is mostly metal chain we strongly advise you not to put it in a washing machine and only spot clean it. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to email us!
